The working principle of the hair roller peeling and cleaning machine. The working principle of the machine is composed of frame, water tank, fan (water pump), circulating rinse pump, transmission part, etc.
Fruits and vegetables are violently tumbled and stirred in the water. The washing water is filtered and then pressurised by the circulation rinse pump to the jet nozzles for backwashing.
The direction of the nozzles can be adjusted. The material can be rinsed again by the high-pressure water ejected from the nozzles and moved towards the outlet. Drifting, the outlet is processed to the scraper lifter.
The speed of the scraper lifter is adjustable (adjust the speed of the scraper lifter to the required production capacity) and the washed fruit and vegetables are sent to the next process.
