Multilayer Vibrating Screen
Multilayer vibrating screen refers to a linear vibrating screen installed with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 layers of screen mesh, which can realize continuous classification of 7 kinds of products of different specifications in one operation for classification after coarse or medium crushing.
The Structure and Components of Vibrating Screen
Vibrating Screen consists of multiple components, including screen frame, screen mesh and vibrator. The screen frame is the supporting structure of the entire equipment, usually made of steel, and has sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand vibration forces. Screens are key components used to separate and classify materials, and are generally made of polymers, metals or alloys. The vibrator provides vibration force to move and separate the materials on the screen.
Vibrating screens are mechanical screening machines that vibrate to separate materials of varying sizes.
The material is fed on an inclined screen deck with openings that allow smaller particles to pass through while larger ones move over the deck.
The vibrating action is generated by exciters that transmit vibration to the screen deck causing the material to separate and travel over the deck in a conveying motion until reaching the end discharge.
Based on the application, vibrating screens can have single or multi-deck screen panels for progressive levels of screening.
