The parallel air dryer has a parallel conveyor belt, and is designed for special fruits and vegetables. It uses high-pressure strong cold air from the top to dry the surface water droplets of the soft packaging (water between the wrinkles on the bag surface can also be dried). It effectively removes water droplets on the surface of the material, greatly shortens the working time of labeling and packing, is suitable for assembly line operations, and improves the degree of automation of enterprise production. The drying air is at room temperature, which effectively protects the color and quality of the material itself.

Operation method:

1. Turn on the main power switch, start the fan, and start the mesh belt transmission. (Note: The direction of the mesh belt transmission cannot be reversed. Be sure to test the machine after turning on the power!)

2. Put the items that need to be air-dried after packaging and sterilization evenly and flatly into the feed end, and adjust the mesh belt transmission speed according to the length of time the raw materials need to be air-dried.

3. If the raw materials are higher than the blower nozzle, please increase the height of the fan as needed.

4. Do not put hard and sharp objects into the machine when it is working, and do not put your body into the equipment when the equipment is running.
