It can also eliminate the number of bacteria in the product, extend the storage period of the product, stabilize the color of myoglobin, and protect the color of the product.
The following matters need to be checked before the chopping machine works:
1. The pot lid must be covered before starting the chopping knife. Otherwise, the chopping knife cannot operate normally.
2. Pay attention to moisture and water, especially the distribution box, do not use water high pressure to wash.
3. Check the function of each protection switch, close the front and rear covers to start the knife shaft and the rotating pot. The rotating pot rotates counterclockwise.
4. There is a ground wire mark on the back of the machine. The ground wire should be connected at the contact point here. When the back cover is open, the knife shaft cannot rotate to prevent accidents.
5. Before starting the machine, check whether the chopping knife is firmly installed and whether there is any damage.
6. The protection switch on the machine is used to monitor whether the various parts of the machine are in place. The back cover of the chopping machine has a protection switch
