1. Meet standards
Verify that the air shower complies with industry standards and specifications, such as specific requirements for food, pharmaceutical or electronic products. Common standards include ISO, GMP, etc. Ensure that the selected air shower meets the specific requirements of QS/SC certification. Different systems or industries may have special requirements.
2. Product quality and performance
Choose high efficiency filters (HEPA or ULPA) and pre-filtration systems to ensure filtration results and air quality. Understand filter efficiency and replacement cycles. Ensure that the wind speed of the air shower meets industry standards (generally 20m/s or higher) to effectively remove dust and particles attached to the surface of people or materials.
3. Equipment material
For the food and pharmaceutical industry, it is recommended to choose stainless steel (such as SUS304 or higher standard), corrosion resistance, easy to clean, in line with health requirements. Choose strong materials to ensure long and efficient operation of the equipment.
4. Design and configuration
Ensure that the nozzle layout is reasonable, can cover the whole body of the person or material/comprehensive, optimize the spray effect. Modern air shower room should be equipped with intelligent control system, can set/adjust the blowing time, wind speed, cycle times and other parameters, and has automatic alarm and operation status indication function. The air shower door should have electromagnetic interlock function to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area.
